Shipping Information:

Most orders ship the day of the order if ordered prior to 12 PM. In cases of large equipment orders or special orders it may take 3-5 days to ship. Shipping times are not arrival time.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:


Exchanges Due to Shipping Damage or Defective
Merchandise. If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or upon initial use or discover a defect, we will ship a replacement part or a replacement unit to you at no additional cost. Notify us immediately for shipping instructions.


Exchanges at Rodriguez & Associates LLC (our Internet Store Policy ONLY!), we offer a 15 day exchange policy on all purchases. We do require that you ship the unused product back to us in the original packaging.

Damage to the merchandise due to abuse is unacceptable. Remember that we want you to be satisfied not only with your purchase but your whole shopping experience with Rodriguez & Associates LLC Refunds On refunds, there may be a nominal 15% restocking fee for unused products received in the original packaging. Equipment that is used will be charged an additional usage fee. This is due to the fact that the equipment is now used and cannot be returned to the normal inventory.

Accessories such as bags, belts, filters, and tools should all be returned as well or they will be deducted from the refund. Credits will be performed within 5 days after returned items are received and inspected. Please ensure that all warranty cards and manuals are returned to receive full credit.
