Manufactured exclusively for Dri-Eaz by Mediclean, Milgo QGC inhibits growth of mold and mildew and handles tough odors like urine, sewage, and perspiration. A safe, one-step hospital-level disinfectant cleaner, designed specifically for the needs of water damage restoration. Sanitizes porous and nonporous surfaces at 0.5 ounce per gallon. Use two ounces per gallon for general cleaning and disinfection. EPA-approved and available in all U.S. states - now including California.

Yes it is. Be sure its dry and you have vacuumed over it prior to introducing the pet in the area.
